Examples of some of the tools White Belt will introduce you to are; developing a SMART goal, how to use Flow charts, outline the use of FOCUS PDSA methodology, how to design PDSA cycles and utilizing time ordered data charts that will help you understand normal and special cause variation while learning how to lead a QI initiative and plan appropriate interventions to drive improvement.
