Why is change so challenging? Change is emotional! What does change management mean to you personally, as a nurse, as a leader? Change management is an organized approach to managing organizational change and fueling change by engaging employees resulting in greater productivity. In this module, we will explore the primary change management models, the three types of organizational change, and both recognize and honor the human side of change dynamics.
