Influence is key to successful leadership. To influence, a leader uses strategies or tactics, actual behaviors designed to change another person’s attitudes, beliefs, values, or actions. Discussed in this module is how to develop trusted relationships so you can strengthen and expand your influence to positively impact patient outcomes.
