Module 3: Building and Cultivating Resilience

As nurse leaders, we have a professional obligation to develop resilience in ourselves, the teams we supervise, and the organization. This module will review the concept of resilience, strategies to enhance individual and collective resilient practices and how a resilient leader can positively impact such metrics as reduced turnover, reduced cost, and improved quality outcomes.
