Nurse leaders are held to high standards of professional practice. This module will review the key attributes of nurse leader professional practice as well as highlight the importance of professional organization involvement, advocacy, and ethical practice. Creating a culture of inquiry that utilizes the best available evidence will also be shared as a key approach for nurse leaders to deliver successful outcomes.
