Module 1: Transformational Leadership: Your Leadership Matters

This module is the true foundation to your ongoing development and long-term success.  This module busts the myth that people are just “born leaders”.    The evidence is clear – there is an inseparable link between nurse leaders and patient, family outcomes and staff outcomes.  In this module, we’ll explore behaviors and evidence based practices that influence every area of a nurse leader’s responsibilities, including staff engagement, patient safety, patient and family experience and financial management.
