Sheila Margolis helps leaders use culture to drive organizational change. She conducts culture assessments, employee engagement surveys, and organizational change initiatives. Sheila holds a doctoral degree in Human Resource Development, has taught at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, and is President of Workplace Culture Institute.
